This is Shanuraru's personal online shop for prints. All prints are packaged and shipped by me. I ship orders every 3 to 5 days. I hope you take comfort in knowing everything is made and packaged with care by the original artist.
All fanart sold here is non official and not affiliated with the characters original creators.
Please read before purchasing!
- Orders should arrive within 5 to 7 days after shipping.
- Due to unpredictable shipping customs orders may take up to several weeks to arrive. If your package is late it is outside of my influence.
- All sales are final. Thank you for understanding.
- If your package arrives damaged you can request a refund by contacting us. You may be requested to provide an image of damaged product.
- Paypal transaction fee would not be refunded during the refund process. Only the net amount will be refunded.
- Refund will not be issued in case of a missing package.
